How to Order?

There are easy steps to place an order on our online store, please follow these steps below to purchase your custom bobblehead.

1. Select a model you like on our website or you can imagine one on you own.
2. On the product page, upload your distinct photos or send us afterward. 
3. Select the hair colour, eyes colour and complexion.
4. Add your order to shopping cart and pay for your order with Paypal or Credit Card. 

1)About Photos(important)

Prepared minimum 1 Pictures: Clear, Straight front view. Not tilted to left, right, up or down).

You can choose to upload images online or send it later to us via email. We have the best one-on-one email support service, you can tell us all your detail requests and send as many photos as you want to us after your purchase.

2.)Proof Approval:

Usually we will send you the first proof through email approximately one week from the date you place order, and 3 working days for rush orders. Once you approve the proof, our artisans will give the final touches to your own.

*Kindy Reminder:

1, The model online is only for reference, you can change doll's color, pattern or motion, but changes must be stated before producing. 
2, If you can not find any model online that close to your idea, you can please choose "Head-to-toe custom" and design the doll completely by yourself.
